EBQ Acquires Lead Generation Firm Everywhere Managed
EBQ (EBQuickstart), an NSR brand, announced today that it has acquired Everywhere Managed LLC, an outsourced demand generation company based in Las Vegas, NV. Both EBQ and Everywhere Managed have focused on providing outbound sales development services to businesses in the technology industry.
EBQ’s CEO, Tim Edwards, stated that he feels Everywhere Managed is a perfect strategic acquisition for EBQ and that he has pursued the business for the last 3 years.
Edwards co-founded EBQ in 2006 with the goal of becoming the standard-bearer in B2B outsourced sales and marketing. EBQ provides services for data, marketing, customer acquisition, and customer service.
In its 14 years of doing business, EBQ has received numerous awards and accolades. EBQ is an Inc. 5000 Hall of Fame organization, having ranked on the magazine’s list of Fastest Growing Companies seven times. Other industry recognitions include Clutch’s list of Top Business Services Companies and an assortment of regional business awards.
CEO Carrie Simpson founded Everywhere Managed in 2016 to support the US expansion of her first lead generation company, Managed Sales Pros. Like Edwards, Simpson expressed optimism about the acquisition and collaborating to facilitate a smooth transition for clients.
