Michael Edwards, VP of Sales and founding member of EBQ, has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. Starting out as a business development representative, he developed his creative expertise in sales strategy, lead generation, and pipeline management — which inspired the start of EBQ.
Michael has since worked with hundreds of projects over the past 18+ years. In fact, he is hailed as one of EBQ’s experts in building client relationships and top-of-funnel activities that drive sustainable revenue growth.
Amongst his many contributions to EBQ’s growth, Michael’s biggest achievement has been managing a client relationship that lasted over 10 years. He has increased a client’s monthly accounts receivable from $300k to almost $700k over two years. He has also improved and managed a client’s sales process and team, leading to an increase of almost 50% in the total number of paying customers over 12 months.
