Enflux + EBQ
Enflux’s challenge was one common to many of the clients EBQ serves. They knew their organization wasn’t big enough where they could create and scale in-house sales and marketing teams to further their goals. Initially, Enflux approached EBQ’s solution with some trepidation. Having enlisted vendors in the past who proved to be inconsistent or unresponsive, they felt the partnership sounded too good to be true and made clear that they were seeking a partner, not just a vendor.
In addition to the support we could provide through our SDR function, Enflux sought out EBQ because we could provide on-demand marketing expertise in a fractional capacity where hiring all the necessary roles in-house — a visual designer, content writer, web developer, etc. — just wasn’t possible. By that same token, EBQ could also provide Enflux with the ability to scale up or down on demand in any of these areas for ad hoc projects in a way they simply couldn’t before.
With a member of Enflux’s Sales Team having already established a rapport with representatives of EBQ, the company initially chose to enlist the help of our specialized SDR team to qualify leads. From there, Enflux requested content and digital marketing, visual design and web development as part of EBQ’s integrating marketing services.
With weekly project team check-ins and bi-weekly check-ins with our account team, EBQ and Enflux were able to collaborate as partners, identify and address areas for improvement in both camps — forming a cohesive, dynamic partnership. They also found immense value in EBQ’s modular approach and ability to quickly scale up or down in certain areas depending on their needs. As Enflux’s aims and endeavors continued to scale and change, the EBQ team could easily be repurposed to focus on other products, verticals or campaigns with very little notice.
The Enflux relationship began with a single EBQ lead generation specialist, a Success Manager, and Project Manager, as is standard for all EBQ clients. Now, after 10 months into their partnership with EBQ, Enflux has a specialized, modular marketing team responsible for a social media presence Enflux has never had before with tens of thousands of social media impressions. Their website is SEO-optimized, they now have scaleable nurture campaigns, a built out monthly newsletter, and together we have created more content in any given month of 2021 than Enflux had done alone in any previous six-month period. EBQ was at the heart of building out Enflux’s now far more robust marketing platform and its resulting successes — they even went so far as to recommend us to four other companies.
With every change to the project, Enflux simply needed to say the word and EBQ handled these efforts entirely, freeing them to focus on other “big-picture” priorities thanks to the time they were allowed by hiring an outsourced partner with the expertise and ability to scale like EBQ.
